  2. Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  3. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable only for orders that have not been downloaded or accessed.
    • If you have downloaded or used any themes or plugins, your order may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed, although you may request an exchange instead.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the issue with the product cannot be resolved.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide license keys for GPL-licensed products. Most products are pre-activated. Some may have limited features due to licensing restrictions.

Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Issues related to the installation of themes or plugins.
  • Incompatibility with your hosting environment or WordPress configuration.
  • Requests for refunds on license keys for GPL products.
  • Site issues occurring during the installation of themes or plugins (support is available to assist).
  • Dissatisfaction with our services.
  • Change of mind about the purchased product (an exchange may be requested instead).
  • Starter Membership purchases are non-refundable. You can access over 4,000 products included with your membership.
  • For other memberships, a partial refund will be provided after deducting payment gateway fees and charges for downloaded products ($2 per download).
  • If you purchased an original license that has already been activated on your domain, no refunds will be issued. For unactivated licenses, we offer an exchange or full refund.

Digital Products and Refund Limitations

  • Our products are digital and available for immediate download, which means there are no trial periods or grace periods. All sales are considered final.
  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once purchased. Refunds will be issued only in cases where a product is defective or cannot be resolved with support.
